Once inside, we will walk through all areas of your home offering practical suggestions on what needs to be done to best prepare your home for the market. Common suggestions might include adding a fresh coat of paint, pre-packing of personal items, or the removal of excess furniture. Once the consultation is complete, we will provide you with a checklist of suggestions, tailored specifically to your home, that will guide you in preparing your home for its listing date.
RESTYLE
This service is available to homeowners who have completed their "homework" from the Consultation and want additional help with furniture layout, art placement, and small design details. Allow us to take it from here and restyle each room in your home.

Consultation (with no Restyle):
$200 (up to 2 hours)
Restyle: $75/hr.
